Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant IT Operations Manager to support our IT operations in delivering high-quality services and solutions that align with our business objectives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing IT processes, enhancing system performance, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of technology systems

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely solutions
- Contribute to the management of vendor relationships and service contracts, ensuring compliance and performance standards are met
- Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for IT processes and systems

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT operations or support roles
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and cloud services
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies
Preferred:
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and frameworks such as ITIL
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of database management systems like SQL Server or MySQL
