Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Computer Operations Manager to support our dynamic IT operations team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 3+ years of experience in IT operations or computer systems management.
- Strong understanding of system administration, networking, and database management.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
Preferred:
- Experience with ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and practices.
- Experience working with enterprise-level systems and managing large-scale IT projects.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, or similar.
- Understanding of scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices in system security.
