Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in underwriting or risk management, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or a related field
- Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or equivalent
- Experience with innovative underwriting technologies and data analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
