Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Underwriting Assistant to join our underwriting team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Preferred:
- Internship or entry-level experience in insurance, finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with underwriting principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with CRM or underwriting software is a plus
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies
