Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Inorganic Chemistry Manager to lead our dynamic team of chemists in advancing our research and development efforts in inorganic materials. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record of managing research projects and leading teams in a laboratory setting.
- Strong knowledge of inorganic synthesis, characterization techniques, and materials science.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing inorganic materials for applications in energy, electronics, or catalysis.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols in a laboratory environment.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals showcasing innovative research in inorganic chemistry.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in various inorganic synthesis methods including sol-gel, hydrothermal, and solid-state synthesis.
- Proficiency in characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
- Experience with computational chemistry tools to model and predict material properties.
