Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Analytical Chemistry Manager to lead our cutting-edge analytical team in developing innovative solutions within the life sciences sector. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the analytical chemistry team to deliver high-quality analytical support for product development and quality assurance.

- Oversee the development and validation of analytical techniques, including HPLC, GC, and mass spectrometry.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs to drive project timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of scientific inquiry and professional growth.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring that analytical activities align with strategic objectives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry or a related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Extensive knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation used in pharmaceutical or biotechnological applications.
- Proven track record of managing complex analytical projects and leading high-performing teams.
Preferred:
- Experience in regulatory submissions and compliance, including interactions with the FDA or EMA.
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Familiarity with data management systems and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and other analytical techniques.
- Expertise in method development and validation in accordance with ICH guidelines.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation using software such as SAS, R, or Python.
