Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Industrial Maintenance Instructor to deliver hands-on training and support to our students in industrial maintenance techniques. This role is critical in shaping the next generation of skilled technicians, helping them acquire essential knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and delivery of engaging curriculum focused on industrial maintenance best practices
- Conduct training sessions that cover mechanical systems, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques
- Evaluate student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment, adhering to industry standards
- Collaborate with senior instructors to enhance training materials and methodologies
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a relevant technical field
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting methods
Preferred:
- Experience in teaching or training roles, particularly in a technical setting
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in industrial maintenance
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Understanding of key maintenance concepts, including predictive and preventive maintenance
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance
- Basic proficiency in using digital platforms for remote learning and assessment

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts clearly
