Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging technical training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication and understanding of complex concepts
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning objectives
- Collaborate closely with senior instructors and subject matter experts to enhance curriculum and training methodologies
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical education
- Support learners in hands-on labs and exercises, troubleshooting and guiding them through practical applications of the material
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in software development or IT
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred:
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or facilitating technical workshops
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Proficiency in modern web development frameworks or cloud technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques for assisting learners

Location
