Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and evolving our HR practices as we work to enhance employee engagement, foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, and drive organizational effectiveness. Your expertise will be essential in aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives and ensuring a positive employee experience across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a strong workforce.
- Lead employee development initiatives, including training programs and performance management processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement, driving employee engagement through surveys and action planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness of programs and identify areas for improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Experience with talent acquisition and employee development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with remote workforce management and virtual onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for HR metrics analysis.
- Understanding of various employee engagement tools and platforms.
