Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our HR team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and performance management systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Strong data analysis skills to track HR metrics and generate reports
- Ability to leverage social media for recruitment efforts
