Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Preferred:
- Experience in a tech-driven environment and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and generate reports
- Experience with performance management and employee engagement tools
