Role Overview
As a Junior HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 1+ years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies
- Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
