Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will provide essential support in various HR functions, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and effectively. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture while assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
- Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll systems
- Experience with data entry and management
- Basic knowledge of employee benefits administration
