Role Overview
We are seeking a Housing Program Manager to lead our initiatives in providing sustainable and equitable housing solutions. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of housing programs aimed at enhancing community welfare and addressing housing instability. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, nonprofits, and community members, to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage housing program strategies that align with organizational goals and community needs

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, urban planning, public administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management within housing, social services, or community development
- Proven track record of successful program implementation and evaluation
- Strong understanding of housing policies, regulations, and community resources
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of cultural competency practices
- Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies
