Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory role within a housekeeping department.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as safety and sanitation regulations.
