Role Overview

- Engage with owners and stakeholders, providing updates on horse progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Participate in competitions, showcasing the horses' skills and training outcomes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in horse training, with a proven track record in developing competitive equine athletes.
- Strong understanding of equine behavior, health, and nutrition.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex training concepts to staff and owners.
- Certification in equine management or related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience with various training disciplines (e.g., dressage, show jumping, eventing).

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
