Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in horse training, with a proven track record of success in competitive environments.
- Strong understanding of horse behavior, health, and nutrition, including experience with various breeds and disciplines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Certification in equine management or a related field is preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in training horses for specific disciplines such as dressage, jumping, or western riding.
