Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in audiology or hearing sciences is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with hearing instrument technology and audiology practice.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
