Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Health Information Manager to oversee the management and integrity of health information systems at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of health information systems, coding practices, and regulatory compliance
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or equivalent certification
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data analytics tools
- Familiarity with population health management and value-based care initiatives
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in health information systems and coding software
- Experience with data management and analytics tools, such as SQL or Tableau
- Knowledge of healthcare data interoperability standards and frameworks
