Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Healthcare Analytics to lead our analytics initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making across our healthcare organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.

- Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytical models and tools, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Public Health, Healthcare Administration).
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field, with a proven track record of leading analytics teams.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare data sources, analytics methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management systems.
Preferred:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and algorithms.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change through data-informed strategies.
