Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health care assistant role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Certification in health care assistance or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards and best practices, as well as health care regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interactions.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting or specialized care environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
