Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Hospital Aide to join our dynamic healthcare team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Coordinate patient care activities, including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance, to meet the needs of patients
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout patient areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare staff to address concerns and enhance patient satisfaction
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improve service delivery
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in nursing assistance or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of patient care protocols and hospital safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
Preferred:
- Experience in a lead or supervisory position within a healthcare environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using healthcare software systems and EHR platforms
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Ability to effectively use patient monitoring equipment and assistive devices
