Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare or social services sector.
- Strong understanding of care delivery models and regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively, with a focus on professional development and performance improvement.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.

- Certification in healthcare management or supervision (e.g., CHC, CMC).
