Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Resident Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive living experience and fostering a vibrant community culture. You will balance administrative responsibilities with community engagement to create a supportive environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day functions of the residential community, ensuring efficient operations and high resident satisfaction.
- Serve as the main liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and activities to enhance resident engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
- Develop and implement community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Monitor and maintain facility standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services and maintenance.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Community Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management, hospitality, or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Preferred:
- Experience working in residential settings or with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with conflict resolution and community engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using management software and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
