Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and families in a social services setting.
- Strong understanding of child welfare laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.

- Licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW or equivalent) is a plus.
