Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Foreclosure Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys in managing foreclosure cases, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, and maintaining thorough documentation. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to foreclosure actions, including summonses, complaints, and motions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree or equivalent education in a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in foreclosure or real estate law.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
Preferred:
- Paralegal certification or coursework in paralegal studies.
