Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on foreclosure or real estate law
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation related to foreclosure
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with litigation support and trial preparation
