Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Executive Director of Family Services to lead our dedicated team in delivering exceptional support and resources to families in our community. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing programs that address the diverse needs of families, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for Family Services, aligning program goals with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of professionals to ensure effective and compassionate service delivery.
- Manage the budget and resources for Family Services programs, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and government agencies to enhance service offerings and advocate for family needs.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote Family Services and its initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in family services, social services, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong knowledge of family dynamics, community resources, and social service systems.
- Demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization.
- Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Grant writing and fundraising experience.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data management systems and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with program evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
