Role Overview
The Assistant Community Service Director will play a pivotal role in enhancing community engagement and service delivery. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community service or program management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations and foster collaborative relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in grant writing and fundraising for community initiatives.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
