Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Executive Director of Child Welfare to lead our organization in advancing the welfare of children and families. Responsibilities

- Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to influence policy changes and advocate for best practices in child welfare.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability while maximizing resources for service delivery.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in child welfare, social services, or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child welfare laws, policies, and best practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale programs and leading diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in a relevant field.
- Experience in policy advocacy and community mobilization.
- Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising strategies.
- Experience in implementing trauma-informed practices within child welfare systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in data management systems and evaluation tools relevant to child welfare.
- Experience with case management software and electronic health records.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis software for program evaluation.
