Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the executive team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements for executives

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct research and compile information to assist executives in decision-making processes
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support event planning and coordination, including team meetings and corporate events
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced or tech-oriented environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and collaborative tools such as Slack or Asana
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in managing digital calendars and scheduling tools
- Experience with document management systems and cloud storage solutions
