Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Executive Administrator to support our executive team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, enabling our leaders to focus on strategic initiatives. You will play a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and communication across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments for executives
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings
- Assist in the preparation of agendas and take detailed meeting minutes
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
- Support project management tasks, tracking progress and deadlines
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and easily accessible
- Provide logistical support for travel arrangements and accommodations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
- Experience with document management systems
- Basic knowledge of financial administration, budgeting, or invoicing
