Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll support senior leadership with strategic administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and fostering an environment of efficiency and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the executive office, ensuring effective workflow and resource allocation
- Coordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior executives
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Develop and streamline office procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive-level meetings
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in an executive administrative role or similar capacity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with project management tools
Preferred:
- Experience supporting C-level executives in a high-growth or dynamic organization
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in administration or management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in cloud-based collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, or Trello
- Experience with CRM software and database management systems
- Ability to leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes
