Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst Manager to lead our SAP analytics initiatives and drive the optimization of SAP business processes. In this critical role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic business objectives while ensuring the effective implementation and management of SAP systems.
Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in SAP solutions delivery.
- Develop and execute SAP analytics strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing SAP business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions, driving process enhancements.
System Implementation and Management:
- Oversee the SAP system implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure ongoing system optimization and performance monitoring, addressing any issues or enhancements required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related inquiries, working closely with business units to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote SAP best practices and enhance user adoption across the organization.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP business analysis, with a focus on SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or HCM.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing SAP implementation projects in a managerial capacity.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
- Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate).
- Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP Fiori.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL and data visualization software.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
