Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Enrollment to lead our enrollment initiatives and drive growth within our organization. Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies that enhance recruitment efforts and improve overall student enrollment rates.
- Lead a team of enrollment professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve enrollment goals.
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize recruitment tactics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, academic departments, and student services to ensure alignment of enrollment goals and initiatives.
- Develop and manage budgets for enrollment initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable enrollment strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
