Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in education, business administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in admissions or enrollment management, with a demonstrated track record of achieving enrollment targets.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
Preferred:
