Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Enrollment Manager to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in driving enrollment growth through innovative strategies and effective relationship management. You will leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and ensure a seamless enrollment experience for prospective students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies to meet recruitment goals and targets
- Analyze enrollment data and market trends to optimize outreach and engagement efforts
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to create targeted communication plans
- Lead and mentor a team of enrollment advisors, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, parents, and educational partners
- Oversee the enrollment process, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and procedures
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage prospective student interactions and data
- Prepare and present enrollment reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, or related field
- Strong understanding of enrollment strategies and student recruitment methodologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Higher Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in a fully remote work environment
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in enrollment management
- Familiarity with financial aid processes and regulations
