Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our elevator systems across various facilities. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, managing a team of technicians, and implementing best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the elevator maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, inspection routines, and repair procedures to maximize system uptime.
- Conduct regular audits of elevator systems, identifying potential issues and ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis for any service interruptions, providing actionable insights to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide hands-on support and training to technicians, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers on new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing systems.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of elevator systems, components, and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving successful maintenance programs.
- Valid elevator mechanic license or certification.
Preferred:
- Experience with modern elevator technologies, including smart systems and IoT integration.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software for maintenance management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
