Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electroplating Manager to lead our electroplating operations, ensuring the highest quality standards and efficient production processes. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to oversee the electroplating team, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while aligning with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily electroplating operations, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct regular audits of electroplating processes and equipment to ensure adherence to specifications
- Lead and mentor a team of electroplating technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate records of production data, chemical usage, and compliance reports
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and product quality
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing processes
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of electroplating chemistry and equipment
Preferred:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards relevant to electroplating operations
- Advanced knowledge of quality control and assurance practices

- Proficiency in electroplating techniques and technologies
