We are seeking an Echocardiography Supervisor to lead our cardiovascular imaging team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret echocardiographic results and develop comprehensive patient care plans.

- Develop and facilitate training programs for staff on the latest echocardiography techniques and technologies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification.
- 5+ years of experience in echocardiography, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of echocardiographic techniques, including transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography.
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and pathology.
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced echocardiographic modalities, such as 3D echocardiography and strain imaging.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and echocardiography software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in echocardiographic imaging modalities and cardiac ultrasound technology.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes in echocardiography.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for echocardiography laboratories.
