Role Overview
We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Direct Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our care facilities. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the direct care staff, ensuring adherence to care plans and quality standards

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a direct care environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Certification in care management or a related specialty
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and care management software
- Knowledge of data analysis tools for tracking care outcomes
- Experience with EHR systems to manage client records and care plans
