Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Dietary Services to oversee and enhance the dietary programs within our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dietary service programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

- Oversee menu planning, ensuring nutritional adequacy and variety while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Conduct regular assessments of dietary services, analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate dietary services into patient care plans and promote holistic wellness.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding food safety and dietary practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in dietary services management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential with state licensure.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition science and dietary regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive results.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and dietary management software.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and patient-centered care practices.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
