Responsibilities

- Facilitate regular team meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, to promote transparency and accountability
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from inception to completion
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management tools
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and familiarity with web technologies
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to user interface/user experience (UI/UX) design principles
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Strong proficiency in software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL solutions
