Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a development or project management environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the non-profit sector or working with development teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
