Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and team management.
- Deep expertise in software architecture and development methodologies, with hands-on experience in technologies such as Java, .NET, or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives that result in measurable improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred:
- Experience leading development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, particularly within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application within software development.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and frameworks/libraries relevant to our tech stack.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data architecture.
