Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a support role, preferably within a development or project management context
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools
Preferred:
- Experience in a non-profit or development sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in data management and reporting tools
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website management is a plus
