Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a maritime environment or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures in maritime operations.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to changing conditions.
Preferred:
- Certification in STCW (Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping) is advantageous.
- Previous experience with deck operations, including line handling and equipment maintenance.
- First aid and CPR certification.
