Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join our dedicated maritime team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role on commercial vessels
- Valid STCW certification and other relevant maritime licenses
- Strong understanding of safety management systems and emergency protocols
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team
Preferred:
- Experience working with specialized vessels or in challenging maritime environments
- Additional certifications related to navigation or engineering
- Familiarity with modern navigational and communication technology
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of deck machinery and equipment
- Knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with safety management systems and risk assessments
