Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Data Analytics to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive impactful insights across the organization. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for shaping our analytics strategy, overseeing data governance, and leveraging advanced analytical techniques to support key business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with organizational goals and drives value creation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience managing large-scale data projects and leading analytics teams to deliver high-impact results.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks in a large organization.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and their application in business contexts.
