Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful analytics initiatives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a data-driven organization
- Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in SQL and experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
