Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing analytics strategies that drive business results.
- Deep expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Preferred:
