Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Manager to lead our Computed Tomography (CT) department at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all activities within the CT department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current ARRT certification in Radiography and CT
- 5+ years of experience in CT imaging, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of CT imaging techniques, protocols, and quality assurance practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience implementing quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and imaging software
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in advanced CT imaging technologies and protocols
- Experience with radiation safety practices and quality assurance programs
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations related to imaging services
