Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CT/MRI imaging, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with specialty in CT and MRI.
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient care practices.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and imaging software.
- Proven track record of cost management and budget oversight within a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- In-depth understanding of CT and MRI equipment and imaging techniques.
- Experience with quality assurance protocols and accreditation processes.
- Proficiency in managing imaging information systems (PACS).
